Gabriel has extensive experience within the industry. His first introduction was through attending the Irish Racing School and from there he became apprentice jockey to Brian Meehan. Gabriel rode under both Flat and National Hunt codes and achieved over 50 winners in his race riding career. He then spent two years as assistant trainer to Henry Candy and then a further two as assistant to Jamie Osbourne both based in Lambourn. He also served as a key member of Mikael Magnusson’s team, where he exercised, groomed and travelled with Breeders Cup conqueror – London Bridge. Gabriel is now a qualified equine Dental Technician who continuously assesses and treats our horses keeping them free from any oral pain or discomfort. Gabriel remains an invaluable member of the team.
